All our classes are taken by ASA qualified staff and run for 30 minutes. Rookie lifesaving and adult sessions run for 45 minutes. For the non swimmer and beginner levels the teacher will be in the water with the class meaning parents are not required to get in the pool. However parents must remain on poolside for the duration of the lesson.

Children’s lessons start for all those aged over 4 years of any ability. Before 4 years old we run parent and child classes on a Saturday. Lessons run term time only, breaking for half term.  All lessons take place at Townsend school pool, sessions take place on:

Tuesday 

1600 – 1900. Children lessons for all abilities

1900 – 1945  Adults lessons and training session

Wednesday 

1700 – 1900  Children lessons for all abilities

Saturday 

0900 – 1400 Children lessons for all abilities

Current Terms Prices

Swim school lessons are £72 per term (11 weeks).

Adult Classes are £7.20 per lesson for Adults.

Once a course has commenced, no refund will be given in the event of a cancellation. In the event of a lesson having to be cancelled due to teacher illness, pool maintenance or adverse weather conditions a refund will be given or that lessons fee being deducted from the next term.
